Orders made before 12pm Monday - Thursday will be shipped the same day.
We send all orders via Royal Mail 1st Class signed for Delivery. Although Royal Mail aim to get your delivery to you the next working day, occasionally parcels take a little longer.

Please note that when requesting to ‘leave in a safe place’ you are doing so at your own risk and we accept no lability for lost or stolen goods.

Faulty products returned within 14 days of the delivery of purchase with receipt of product, will receive a full refund or exchange of identical item. Any applicable delivery costs you incur in returning the item to us, will be refunded upon proof of payment.
Returning a faulty item more than 14 days from purchase with proof of receipt, will be refunded or replaced at our discretion. We have the right to send faulty products for testing, this can take up to 2 weeks.

If you would like to return a product please email us at email@example.com so we can provide you with a returns authorisation number and returns address.
For a successful refund, please return the item to us within 14 days from the day you received delivery.
The item must be in its original condition and un opened. Goods returned opened or in poor condition will not be refunded.
Return of the product is at your own cost. For safe return of the product we strongly recommend that you send your parcel to us by recorded post.
We will handle your return as quickly as possible however please allow up to 5 working days from us receiving the item to processing the return.
